LaTonya Martin is a native Tennessean, Broker-Owner of Grande Style Homes, Developer, Investor, Educator, and Emmy-Nominated TV Host with more than 24 years of experience helping individuals, families, investors, builders, and developers create wealth through real estate.

After purchasing her first home at age 19, LaTonya discovered the power of real estate as a wealth-building tool and has dedicated her career to helping others achieve the same opportunity. Since beginning her real estate career in 2002 and founding Grande Style Homes in 2006, she has successfully guided hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout Tennessee and beyond.

LaTonya specializes in luxury homes, new construction, land acquisition, development opportunities, residential and commercial real estate, relocation services, investment properties, HUD homes, and international real estate opportunities. Her clients range from first-time homebuyers to professional athletes, entertainers, executives, builders, developers, and seasoned investors.

In addition to leading Grande Style Homes, LaTonya is the Founder of the Wealth Building Summit, an annual educational event focused on real estate investing, development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and generational wealth building. The summit brings together industry experts, lenders, investors, builders, developers, and business leaders to educate and empower communities through wealth-building opportunities.

LaTonya is also the host of The American Dream: Selling Nashville, an Emmy-Nominated national television show that showcases Nashville's neighborhoods, lifestyle, businesses, and real estate market to audiences across the country.
